She lets out a little laugh, and props her chin on her hands, crossed together of top of his chest.] I thought I'd just take my shirt off.

[ he scrunches up his face, tilting his chin as he feigns thinking it over — as though he needs time to. he lets his fingers glide lightly up her naked back, pulling her shirt with it. he doesn't hook his fingers into the fabric to pull it over her head, though. there's no need to rush. bellamy's come to like taking his time, moving almost at a sloth-pace when he'd otherwise had been made of hurried and rushed movements. ]

[ he gives her a lazy smile, ] Never hurts. [ but he chooses not to specify what it is he's speaking of — being wooed or her removing her shirt to seduce him. his fingertips glide down her back, tracing what he can feel of her spine. ]

[It still makes her break out in goosebumps, skin coming awake under his touch. It's the whole tracing her spine, that's the move that does it for her, if not the gentleness of his hands on her back. He's teasing, and she can tease back.

When she's not letting out an exhale like a pant, she'll be a great tease, just wait.] Mmhmm, no...it doesn't. What else would you like? Chocolates?

[ letting his gaze shift from her face to follow his arm, moving as he lets his fingers walk along her spine as though they have legs, he doesn't answer her for a moment. it's easy to get lost in being comfortable, in letting his blunt fingernails press lightly against her skin as they walk up the ladder of her spine to descend again. ]

[ he hums for a moment, as though that's his answer, but he looks up at her a brief moment later. he nods, and purses his lips, saying quietly, ] That would be nice. [ his hand doesn't stop along her back, his other curved to her hip. bellamy's found he doesn't need chocolate — or roses, or roses between her teeth, or roses and chocolates as a ploy to woo him — when she's content to let him touch her. he goes back to watching his arm, focusing on gliding his fingers up and down her back, alternating between sweeping the pads and walking them along her spine. ]

[Content would be one way to put it. Another way to put it would be putty in his hands, because that's what happens. She melts a little with each sweep of his fingers, presses her forehead to his chest and lets out a soft hum.

Chocolates and roses completely leave her mind. She tugs the collar of his shirt down and kisses his collarbone, once, very softly.] That's nice.

[ bellamy looks up, as though he expects her to reach for his neck. her fingers are light and ticklish against his skin where she pulls at his shirt, but he doesn't squirm. his fingers only trip over her back as a response, before picking themselves up again as he doesn't stop tracing the skin of her spine. his fingers begin to mindlessly wander now, leaving the path of her spine as he looks up at this white ceiling. ]

[ his voice is soft, ] What are you thinking about? [ he tilts his head so he can look at her, seeing the top of hers. his smile widens as amusement laces his voice warm, ] Other than ways to woo me.

[She leaves a faint red mark, imprint of her mouth, just below his jawline, and then she pulls back. What is she thinking about? She's not thinking, but if she were to be honest, she'd say:] You.

[She leans in and brushes her lips against his, then stays close. Whispers, for their ears only:] I like it when you do that.

[ despite his attempts to stifle his smile, he finds his efforts are fruitless. he whispers back, ] Do what?

[ he traces the tips of his fingers up her spine slowly. ] This? [ his brow arches slightly as he looks up at her, letting his hand glide up between her shoulder blades before he lets them descend down her spine again. he lets them walk before he presses his palm flat against the small of her back. ]

Or this? [ bellamy leans up to press his lips to the corner of hers, moving a little down to trail them slowly along her jawline. ]

[it pulls a shiver from her, that lasts as long as his fingers travel down her back and ends when he touches the small of it. She is a little breathless when he kisses her, not exactly on the lips, but the deviation is good too. With a huff, she tips her head to the side, gives him better access. There is a temptation to gather her hair over the opposite shoulder, but she wants him to do it more.]

Both. This part, [She whispers, squeezing her legs against him, and shifting a bit closer. Playful, she turns her head and catches the top of his ear with a kiss.]

[ keeping the hand on her hip where it is, he withdraws his other, pulling it from beneath her shirt to thread it into her hair. pulling it away from her face, he finds that it's sometimes useless, as tucking it behind her ear sees half of it fall back into his. ]

I like this part. [ he turns his head, as if to give her access to his cheek and ear, but bellamy ends up wrapping his arms around her to roll her onto her back. he doesn't linger to hover over her, ducking his head to kiss her neck instead. ]

[She falls back with a breathless laugh, and wraps her arms around him again, only this time she is free to let them roam. Over his clothes, for now, she traces his spine and touches his back and shoulders. Her head tipped back for him, she lets out a hum.]

Yeah, this part's the best. [She draws in breath slowly, and pushes her hands up under his shirt, climbing her fingers up the back of his ribs.]

[ he smiles when he feels her hum beneath his lips, kissing her neck innocently. he finds he hums in response to her hands on his back, finding that he's no longer on the cusp of drowsiness, now wide awake, as though he's bene staring straight into the sun. ]

[ bellamy tenses, muscles contracting beneath her touch. he pulls away to smile, laughing lightly, ] Stop. [ he arches, like a cat, as though he's able to get away from her hands despite them being tucked beneath his shirt. he's certain he'll regret his words, but bellamy leans down, as though he's about to continue kissing her neck again, but pulls back to gaze down at her. ] That tickles.

[He's absolutely going to regret his words. Her face lights up with mischief, and instead of stopping, she does it again, repeats the motions softly first and then with a bit more push.

Even before he laughs, she is laughing on her side, look who woke up.] Good.

Raven.

[ it's not a shout, not a command, not some booming call of her name. it's quiet, despite his commitment to ensuring she can hear the two syllables of her name, the deep warning of his voice. he knows he can shout it at her, scream it at her, and she won't listen to him, ignoring him to her heart's content as she sets her mind on the one thing he'd drawn her attention to. ]

[ he still tries, though, as if he expects she'll have mercy for him, or even feel a slip of empathy. he doesn't have it in him to distract her, or to even roll them again so her head's lost spinning from the shift of his weight from where he presses against her. ]

[ but it's hard to really focus on trying to sabotage any of her attempts to tickle him when she laughs. he rests his weight on one arm, lying that on his bed near her, and lifts his other hand to brush his fingers against her cheeks, letting his thumb trace the upward curve of her bottom lip. ]

[that works, too. She stops, laughter still on her lips, and settles back with a smile. Her lips pucker, she gives his thumb a kiss, and they're suspended again in that place from before. Raven, being patient and taking things slow, and Bellamy not feeling like there's a fire under his skin.

She kisses his thumb again, then pinches the pad of it with her teeth. Meanwhile, she extracts one hand from under his shirt and brings it up to mimic him, and rub her fingertips along his mouth. He has a wonderful mouth, and there goes her gaze drawn down to it for a few seconds.]

Say my name like that again. [Because she just resolves, she wants to make him say it more than once this morning.]

[ he tries his best not to smile, but he does when she bites at his thumb and when she repeats his actions on him. when she lifts her thumb to brush it over his bottom lip, he remains still, just for her, instead of moving about, trying to shake her attention off him. ]

Like what? [ he tries his best not to smile, but finds that he fails in doing so, letting the curve fit itself over his mouth. where these moments were once rare for him, he's become used to slipping into the shoes of teasing her. he doesn't have to be so serious all the time, always switched on, ready to fight. when bellamy feels relaxed, he finds that he's someone else entirely, a person he thought he had lost long before he'd abandoned the ark. ]

[ he likes it. he's pretty sure raven does, too. ]

[ drawing out her name, his voice is soft, ] Raven? [ arching a brow, he leans forward, as though he's about to kiss her jawline. he murmurs against it, ] Raven. [ lifting his shoulders, he nuzzles his nose beneath her jaw. ] Raven?

[She loves it. Not just the necking, because god she loves that part too, so much, but his softness and his affection. She has this feeling that if given the time, he'd spend a whole morning, maybe a whole day, doing nothing but this.

Her schedule is free today, and the dogs are giving them some space, so she is inclined to let him.

For a while.

Humming from hearing her name, she smiles against his temples, and presses her lips to his hairline.] Keep going. [With the name, the kisses. Her voice drops a little:] Lower.

[ he guesses he hasn't said her name in the way she wants to hear it. it's on purpose he doesn't mimic the exasperation that had plagued the two syllables when he'd first tried to warn her off from tickling him. if saying her name over and over, emphasising different parts of it, sees her hands remain to herself and far from thinking to tickle him, then bellamy thinks it's a good distraction — and better detour — than he'd originally hoped for. ]

[ slowly, he kisses down the length of her throat, almost forgetting that he's to say her name aloud once he reaches her collarbone. ] Ra — [ his voice is much softer, mouth pressing against the skin he can reach at the base of her throat. ] — ven.

[She lets out a soft pant, and wraps her legs around his waist, keeping him in place. Her fingers find their way into his hair, where they grab on and pull him up (gently, she's nice) so she can look at him.

With her face flush, and her lips parted on uneasy breaths, darkened eyes. She's wearing her arousal like a sign, and speaks it out like:] Bellamy.

[ he thinks to pull out of her grip to continue his descent, but with her legs tight around him, bellamy takes it as an invitation to remain where he is instead. it doesn't last long, though, easily following the pull of her hands as he looks up at her, eyes dark and gaze hooded. he remains quiet for a moment, hovering over her. ]

[ his voice is soft and his tone warm when he smiles, ] Raven.

[She traces one corner of that smile with her thumb, her touch gentle and curious, like she's seeing him for the first time ever, instead of being so used to him that she knows where all his freckles are. Speaking of, inevitably that's where her fingers travel next, to skitter over the freckles across his nose, the secret constellations that fascinate her so much.

She wants. It's visible, written in the way she looks at him and in the grip she still has on his hair and around his waist. Not for the first time, she's glad she made that deal, got her leg back; it would've been a loss to not be able to hold him close like this.

She lifts her head and kisses him, her thumb pressed to the center of his bottom lip. It's soft and brief, and then it isn't. Then, she pulls her fingers away and licks at the seam of his lips and whispers,] I want - [right before slanting her mouth against his.]

[ it's tempting to repeat the syllables of her name until she tells him to stop, but he finds that she does, in her own way, by stealing his breath and his ability to be a pest. in this city, he's freer to slip into a skin he thought had perished on the ark, one that had him be less guarded with less to hide. ]

[ bellamy presses his mouth harder against hers, unable to contain his own smile. it disappears as quickly as it comes, as he senses this may not be the time for him to try and get a laugh from her. holding himself above her, hands on either side of her on his bed, bellamy withdraws from her, ducking his head to kiss beneath her jaw. if he hides his face, she can't study it, not as she had moments ago by sweeping her fingers over the bridge of his nose. ]

[ trailing kisses slowly from beneath her jaw to her throat, he murmurs, ] You want what?

You? [It comes out breathy, almost a squeak of what her voice is usually like; she struck a nerve, pulled at a heartstring, she can tell from the kiss he just gave her. And god, she wants another one, and another one after.

More certain, she adds,] You. [And runs her fingers through his hair again, but doesn't pull him up yet, doesn't hold him down either.

Her hands move up to his wrists, where he's holding himself up on top of her, and she sweeps her thumbs against the inside of each wrist, where the skin is sensitive.] Touch me.

[ bellamy shifts his hands, as though he's forgotten if he's to withdraw them from where they're pressed against the bed that he won't fall. keeping his head ducked and mouth on her neck, he smiles for a moment before it slips away, perhaps beneath her skin. ]

[ kissing along her jaw to linger beneath her ear, he takes her earlobe between his teeth for a moment. with a smile, he whispers, ] I am. [ if it's him she wants, it's him she'll get — and pointing out the obvious, being slightly less sharp, is how he wants to be. it's easy being himself with her, even though he sometimes holds back. he doesn't know, moving back to kiss along the length of her throat to stop where he can feel her pulse, sucking on the skin there. ]

[If he keeps going like this, she'll be shivering like a leaf in the wind by the time he takes off her shirt. If he takes off her shirt. He might not, she knows, because since it's one that she borrowed from him, he likes leaving her in his clothes when possible.]

Bellamy... [There it is, the first shiver, body-long. He sucks on a spot on her neck that makes her feel like all her strings are in his hands right now.
