❧ please note that I am extremely backtag friendly and will be backtagging these threads until the cows come home. and I'm always really eager to do things even if this post is found months after it's posted. also lol sometimes i may take a bit to get to them since some characters are harder for me to think up things and require some canon review! sorry for the wait, i'll make you a vegemite sandwich in the interim.

[ caroline wants to dip her head under the water and never come up for air ever again. the topic of klaus is one caroline never wants to breach. it's complicated and complex and she doesn't understand how to make it go away. she wants tyler as a whole. she wants everything to go back the way it was. but klaus continues to break everything and everyone as if they're toys. she walks on eggshells; caroline's never been good at that. she barrels straight into everything with insensitivity and ignorance. but this? ]

[ and she's so sick of needing to grovel for a cure to a werewolf bite. she doesn't want to bring that up with stiles, though. not now, anyway. or ever. ] No. It's not — Nothing is happening with him. Ever. And I wish he'd get the idea just like I wish everyone would just forget any of that was ever a thing that could happen or would happen or did happen.

[ is she still talking about nothing? is she still silent? caroline doesn't like to talk about this. klaus had introduced an idea to her that she was capable of much more than living out the rest of eternity in mystic falls. but he hadn't been quite so successful in planting the idea of doing so with him. ]
